Engagements and deliverables
SME Lab Auditing provides consulting services on a project or retainer basis. All deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are outlined in a written agreement or statement of work.
- Project scope and success criteria are defined in writing.
- Change requests may affect timelines and fees.
- Clients are responsible for internal approvals and sign-off.
Intellectual property
SME Lab Auditing retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, templates, and methodologies. Client-specific deliverables are provided for internal use, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Client data and records remain the client’s property.
- SME Lab Auditing tools are licensed for use within the client organization.
- Reproduction or distribution requires written consent.
Limitation of liability
SME Lab Auditing provides professional guidance based on the information available at the time of engagement. We do not guarantee specific regulatory outcomes, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, subject to the terms of the agreement. Outstanding work completed prior to termination remains billable.
